The glazing package consists of five layers of glass, organized in a specific configuration. Two sets of glass are placed on the outside, where each set consists of two 4mm-thick glasses that are glued together by two films. The first set of glass is separated from the central glass, also 4 mm thick, by a 14 mm wide spacer. This central glass is then separated from the second set of glued glass by another spacer, this time 12 mm wide. This comprehensive design provides high thermal and acoustic insulation and also enhances the security of the entire glazing package, ideally suited for applications where both insulation and protection against potential break-ins are required.
